NHRC Lumbini Province Work Chart

A special program organized by the National Human Rights Commission Lumbini Province to celebrate the 25th anniversary and 26th foundation day of the National Human Rights Commission was concluded on Jestha 13, 2082. The program was held under the chairmanship of Hari Prasad Gyawali, Head of the Office of the National Human Rights Commission Lumbini Province.

On the auspicious occasion of the 76th International Human Rights Day, the National Human Rights Commission, Lumbini Province, in coordination with 26 non-governmental organizations, started the human rights morning from butwal highway intersection and reached hotel Marigold and organized an interactive program. Hari Prasad Gyawali, chief of the Office of the National Human Rights Commission Lumbini Province Office, inaugurated the programme by cutting the ribbon. A total of 350 women and men and transgender rights activists, law students, businessmen and general public participated in the prabhat pheri. Rupandehi: In connection with the 76th International Human Rights Day, an interaction programme on human rights status, human rights defenders and responsibilities of the state was held at the Meeting Hall of Rupandehi Industry Association in collaboration/coordination with the National Human Rights Commission Lumbini Province Office and various associations/organizations operating in Rupandehi. Speaker of Lumbini Province Tularam Gharti Magar inaugurated the programme as the chief guest. National Human Rights Commission of Nepal - NHRC, Nepal and UNFPA Nepal jointly organized a training program on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) in Dhangadhi from March 25 to 27, 2081.
